Children of Earth, we know that most of you have been for many years of your lives on Earth very great fans of the Science-Fiction Dreamers. Such concepts are now prevalent everywhere on Earth— in every nation, in every university and college, and even in many seminaries. The Science-Fiction Dreamers have created a fantasy world for themselves as the real world degenerates and falls into chaos, and their world-view is altogether based on the premises of Humanism and Upward Evolution. Their world-view is now predominant in popular literature, in cinema, in television programming, and even in computer games.

At an earlier time in my life, I thought that perhaps some of the modern science-fiction writers were just deists and radical thinkers, who somehow believed in God and Evolution at the same time. I thought that some of them (like maybe Frank Herbert?) were perhaps just liberal Catholics— following after the pattern of Jules Verne, or the French Jesuit and scientist named Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. But I have since come to understand that it is not that way at all. The vast majority of the science-fiction writers on our Earth have long been living in a world of delusions and literary illusions. These industrious s-f writers, like many of their devoted fans, reside in a fantasy-land that is their overwhelming preoccupation— in a dream-world that is both private and public.

They are misguided persons who are diligently working as professional propagandists in the Department of Misinformation. I would say the s-f writers are for the most part Deceivers, plain and simple.

But they are not conscious of their own deceitfulness as they propagandize all the world for the Evolutionists. This is because they are so detached from the real world; they live blissfully in a fantasy universe of their own creation. They enjoy the bliss of willful ignorance, and thus they are not so much concerned about all the critical problems of the current reality. They somehow believe their own wild dreams of a different future, and of a different life in outer space, are more important and more real than the physical world that surrounds us!

Reflecting upon my earlier years of considerable reading in the s-f genre, I am compelled to realize that these many s-f writers have always believed in Evolution, which is “the god of their idolatry,” and they are totally devoted to that god. These prolific and now ubiquitous s-f authors are invariably just wild dreamers who have never really believed in the Creator God of the Bible.

The science-fiction writers have invariably used their novels as a platform for their False Teacher characters. . . and for their own bizarre notions concerning morality and immorality. The Bible contains a scripture verse which declares, “Woe unto those who call evil good, and good evil.” That is excellent advice, but the s-f writers have somehow never gotten the word in that matter. They are likewise unaware of a scripture verse in which Jesus warns us that “Not many of you should be teachers, because those who are teachers will be judged more strictly.”

Instead of spending so many years fantasizing about a futuristic utopia that is human-engineered, the s-f writers would be well-advised to spend a lot more time thinking about how their lifetimes on Earth will be evaluated by God some day... when the Day of Judgment arrives.

“Dreams,” as Shakespeare once wrote, “are the children of an idle brain, begot of nothing but vain fantasy, as thin of substance as the wind...”

In the case of the fantasy-obsessed s-f writers, it appears that the old adage is indeed true. “The Devil” indeed “finds work for idle hands.”

Not much liking the real world that exists around them, the s-f writers and their fans choose to instead spend endless hours in a fantasy universe... an alternate world which is merely a product of their own imaginations!

I now see that in my youth, I should have been reading such s-f material, if at all, only with careful discernment and genuine recognition. I read so many of their s-f books... and sadly, I am beginning to realize that I did so without any real understanding. I didn’t quite realize, at the time, that all this vast output of literature was propaganda for the Evolutionists. The reality was that this stuff was designed to indoctrinate the masses of humanity via the entertainment industry. It was a “sweet treat” for humanity, a kind of “Turkish Delight” (referencing the Narnia story of C. S. Lewis), by which millions of human “sheep” could be easily led astray.

Are there no s-f writers who were genuine Christian believers, among all the many s-f writers that I once read?

Jules Verne, I know, died as a Roman Catholic, although his writings may have been greatly influenced by the theories of Charles Darwin. Of a certainty, his s-f stories were greatly influenced by the Cosmic Optimism of the French Enlightenment.

What about Frank Herbert, for example, the author of Dune— ? I used to think that perhaps Frank Herbert was just a liberal Catholic, like Verne and Teilhard. But was that really the case? Perhaps we should investigate his case for a brief while, within this particular tract.

I read Herbert’s famous s-f book called Dune when I was 20, in 1971 or 1972, and right after that, I also read his sequels that are entitled Dune Messiah and Children of Dune. Later on, his Dune series became enormously popular, spawning a movie and other spin-off items... like the Dune Calendar that I bought, with its nice artwork by John Schoenherr. That one book and its five sequels got a lot of acclaim and public recognition. It’s supposed to be one of the greatest science-fiction works ever produced.

So we may be rightly curious about the impact of Herbert’s books upon our Earth. We should properly wonder about the subtle teachings of those books. One should wonder about the repercussions. That first Dune book has led to many others that are like it, and to a movie version, and even to two mini-series on television. It has led also to a number of Dune-based computer gamers. The fans are increasingly cultic in their adulation of Frank Herbert and his alternative universe.

I have mentioned that it spawned a movie that I saw in my youth. It would later spawn many other things as well. Frank’s Dune novels generated two separate mini-series for television and several computer games, and it was at some point decided that Frank Herbert’s son Brian should continue the series of Dune novels with the assistance of Kevin Anderson. This would create new additions for the Dune “canon.” Evidently it is an alternate-universe series that just didn’t want to die, much like the case with Star Trek’s early cancellations. So it just keeps coming back, again and again, in new incarnations. It thus continues to proselytize the young and impressionable, having now become a major cult among science-fiction aficionados... much like Star Trek and Star Wars.

That’s rather ironic, in fact, since Frank Herbert always claimed that hero worship was the biggest mistake that a society might fall into. He worried a lot about the potential dangers of any personality-based cult, and thought it unfortunate that such things ever come into existence.

Yet many of his fans now idolize the six books that he wrote for that series, treating them as a new mythology. These fanatical devotees are regarding Frank Herbert’s books as if they were “a holy canon” for the world of Dune, and some of these are so unbalanced that they have even gone on the internet and posted there many rude and unpleasant messages about the newer s-f novels. In these forum postings, they have frequently denounced all the subsequent stories of Brian Herbert and Kevin Anderson. They have claimed in loud and ill-mannered voices that all of the new additions to the storyline are a horrifying “heresy” and unfit to be published, not deserving to be popular with a mass audience.*

Many of these irate “fans” are claiming, strangely, that Frank’s son Brian has “ruined” his father’s series by making modifications to that “canon” which they have come to worship. Thus, these unbalanced persons are doing everything in their power to “trash” the new novels by Brian Herbert and Kevin Anderson... insisting that they are not fit to join the rest of the “holy canon,” which they believe can be composed only of the six novels that were written by Frank himself.

Is this not a clear and conspicuous sign, showing a modern cultic madness that persists among some of the more fanatical readers of the Dune series?

I have with my own eyes the belligerent and destructive “customer reviews” that have been posted on the internet by purist “fans” of Frank Herbert, who are nevertheless enemies of his son and endlessly mock the son’s literary accomplishments. I could scarcely believe the vehemence of these ugly-talking, foul-mouthed “fans” of Frank Herbert. Do they really conceive that Frank would be pleased to know their so-called “admiration” for his novels leads them to this kind of hero-worship, in which they hatefully denounce the artistic works of his own son?

No more so will God The Father be pleased that these “fans” of Frank Herbert’s Dune have, in their obscenities and their cursing, mocked the works of His Only Son, Who is Christ Jesus Our Lord!

Many readers, I suspect, are not at all sure what kind of religious beliefs were held by Frank Herbert when he was writing those original books of his Dune series. The stories spoke of an ‘Orange Catholic Bible’ still being in existence at the time of this far-future storyline, but it was apparently a very liberal form of Catholicism that he imagined, a much-revised faith. This new variety had tried to eliminate any source of divisiveness that might set it apart from other religions of Earth. Meanwhile, the Zen and Islamic religions were apparently merged into some bizarre hybrid. All this was supposed to have happened in the passage of many millennia, at the time of this imaginary future that Frank Herbert sought to create.

In this regard, Frank Herbert was at least a bit more conservative than Arthur Clarke and many other s-f authors, most of whom insist that Christianity (being merely an old mythology based on primitive superstition, so they say) will have already become extinct by the time the Grand Future Age Of Super-Powered Star Travel finally rolls around. Everyone knows Herbert was an ecology advocate... but did he have any religious beliefs?

In Dune, he seemed to be rather an admirer of the Islamic cultures of Earth... since he presented the Fremen of Arrakis as being much like all the residents of the Arabic nations on our planet. Yet he later said that he greatly disapproved of ‘hero worship,’ and felt that his Dune books should show readers that it is always a mistake for people to put their confidence in a hero of any sort. Surely he was not a Muslim, then, since he would not want to exalt Mohammed. Could he even be a Christian of any sort when he makes such a declaration as that? One wonders.

In recent years, I have been uncertain what viewpoint he might have been trying to espouse in those three books I once read, books about a world that he called Dune.

It’s almost a foregone conclusion that he was an Evolutionist, of course. But one may wonder... what other faith, if any, was Frank Herbert seeking to promote in his own famous writings?

Okay, I’ve just asked several intriguing questions. I first of all asked myself if I had ever read science-fantasy novels by any author who was actually a believing Christian and a teacher of the real Science-Truth of God’s Universe. If by that we mean stories of space-travel, I guess the answer is probably “no”— I myself never read such a book during those many years of my tireless science-fiction reading.

If I had chosen to do, however, I could have read a science-fantasy trilogy by the Christian writer C. S. Lewis, one composed of his books Perelandra, That Hideous Strength, and Out Of The Silent Planet. But somehow, I never chose to do so; I never got around to reading the famous Space Trilogy of C.S. Lewis.

That’s probably one of the few works of “space fiction” ever produced by an overtly Christian writer, and I never got around to reading it. I did, however, read several hundred other books of science-fiction.

I think the closest I ever came to reading a Christian science-fiction novel, during all those many years of my reading in the s-f genre, was a fantasy work by Janet Taylor Caldwell, who wrote under the pen-name “Taylor Caldwell.” I well remember that in my high school years, I read for the first time her fantasy novel, Dialogues With The Devil. It is a work that has scenes on several different planets, in various parts of our galaxy. Janet was a Catholic, and she did a really nice job with that fantasy novel. In fact, I read it twice more in my mature years, long after I became a believing Christian. Janet Taylor Caldwell wrote her one great fantasy novel at a time when her mind was clear and her writing lucid... when her head was not yet messed up by all those devilish thoughts of reincarnation that came to her later on, in the latter years of her life.

Her fantasy novel presents a striking portrait of Lucifer, and it contains much poetic language. It offers the reader an impressive and dramatic depiction of the ages-long conflict between Lucifer and God, one that is almost Shakespearean in its grandeur.

I’ve also wondered if anyone knows much about any religious beliefs that Frank Herbert might have held when he was alive. I myself didn’t know anything at all about his own religious beliefs when I read his Dune novels, long ago. But I’ve since then done a bit of investigation in this matter. I’ve thus found out a bit more about his belief-system. This substance was actually unknown to me at the time when I was originally reading those three Dune novels, and for a great many years afterward.

To answer the question concerning his religious perspective, it may be said that Frank Herbert’s beliefs were most nearly an approximation of Zen Buddhism. This little revelation comes to us from the later writings of his son Brian.

Frank’s son, Brian Herbert, has now published a biography that he has written about the lifetime of his famous father. It is called Dreamer Of Dune: The Biography Of Frank Herbert. In this will be found the following passage:

If Frank Herbert could be categorized in a religious sense (and that is a very big “if”!) he came closest to Zen Buddhism. It was in that realm that he felt most comfortable, most sure of his footing. He did not participate in the dogma or rituals of any religion, though his deep commitment to ethics and the survival of humanity were apparent throughout his writings. He believed in quality of life, not merely in scraping by, and he spoke deftly (at times didactically) about this through his characters. Sometimes in his characters, Frank Herbert spoke with Frank Herbert, exploring different avenues of his own belief systems, typically having to do with religion or the politics of power. At other times he spoke through people who represented, to him, anathematic types.

The mainstream of Buddhism is a highly ethical belief system, one that had great appeal to Frank Herbert. Of no little importance to him, Buddhists hold a spiritual reverence for nature and for the preservation of life on this planet. Dad also believed that Buddhists tend to be tolerant of the belief systems of others. Certainly there are exceptions, but for the most part he didn’t see them in possession of the “holier than thou” missionary fervor of Western religions. It is interesting in this vein to note that the stated purpose of the C.E.T. (the Commission of Ecumenical Translators), as described in an appendix to Dune, was to eliminate arguments between religions, each of which claimed to have “the one and only revelation.”

This is particularly revealing in light of the childhoods of my parents, when adults attempted to force-feed religious dogma to them. Endnote

Now isn’t that interesting? Not liking the way adults had tried to force-feed a religious perspective to him when he was a child, Frank Herbert then proceeded with his own efforts to manipulate the thought-patterns of young children... and teenagers, and adults as well! The elder Herbert decided, however, that he would “sugar coat” his own teachings by putting them inside an entertainment format that he called “science-fiction.” He thus created a dogma of his own, which is plainly seen to be a dogma of unreality.

Writing in his book Dreamer Of Dune, Brian Herbert then goes on to say:

Dune, the first novel in what would ultimately become a series, contained hints of the direction he intended to take with his superhero, Paul Muad’Dib, clues that many readers overlooked. It was a dark direction. When planetologist Liet-Kynes lay dying on the desert, he remembered the words of his father, spoken years before and relegated to the back reaches of memory: “No more terrible disaster could befall your people than for them to fall into the hands of a Hero.” And at the end of an appendix it was written that the planet had been “afflicted by a Hero.” These were sprinklings here and there, seeds of the direction Frank Herbert had in mind. The author felt that heroes made mistakes... mistakes that were amplified by the numbers of people who followed those heroes slavishly. By the second and third books in the series, Dune Messiah and Children of Dune, this message would become clear. Endnote

Apparently Frank Herbert was not sufficiently familiar with the true story of the Son of God, for it can be clearly seen that this Son of Man was one worthy of such admiration, a hero who never made mistakes. Indeed, God’s Son is a Holy One Who never sinned in all of His years living on the surface of our Earth.

Brian Herbert next expounds on another very important aspect of his father’s storyline for the Dune series.

In another seed planted in Dune, he wrote, “It is said in the desert that possession of water in great amount can inflict a man with fatal carelessness.” This was an important reference to Greek hubris. Very few readers realized that the story of Paul Atreides was not only a Greek tragedy on an individual and familial scale. There was another layer, larger than Paul, and in that layer Frank Herbert was warning that entire societies could be led to ruination by a hero. In Dune and Dune Messiah he was cautioning against pride and excessive confidence, the hubris of Greek tragedies that led to the great fall. But it was societal-scale hubris he was warning against... the potential demise of an entire society. Endnote

How appropriate that Frank Herbert should have seen this danger. Hubris, the over-reaching pride that can devastate the lives of both men and angels, is a major sin that God Almighty has warned us about so many times, in many parts of His Holy Scripture. Pride was the cause of Lucifer’s fall from Heaven, and it is the source of the ever-expanding religion of Babylon. It is written about in the ancient Greek tragedies, as Brian Herbert rightly points out, and also in Frank Herbert’s stories of the planet Dune.

More significantly, however, such sinful pride is written about at great length in many other texts of ancient Greece: these relevant works are the texts of the New Testament.

Hubris is a sin which God Almighty find greatly offensive, and Frank Herbert was right to fear it. He should have feared that sin even more than he did.

Frank Herbert was indeed correct to conceive that “entire societies could be led to ruination by a hero.” Endnote And he was right likewise in his concern that human governments cannot be trusted. The Bible teaches us that in the Last Days of the Prince of Darkness, our beleaguered planet will see some really horrifying transformations. Things will again be as they were in the days of Noah, and wickedness will be seen everywhere. Having rejected God’s Word and the truth of God’s Holy Book, the people of our Earth will then become lost in fantasies, in sexual perversions, in magical pursuits, in drug addictions, and in Satanism... but they will still be seeking a hero. The deluded inhabitants of the Earth will then make a hero of the Son of Satan, that Man of Evil who is the Anti-Christ.

Having refused all the heros of God’s Holy Scripture, the humans on Earth will then go still farther, and there will be a worldwide rejection of God’s Son The Christ. They will reject the true hero of the Universal drama, and they will choose instead the Son of Satan. In so doing, these humans will choose Hell on Earth, and the eternal damnation of their afterlife.

Having rejected God The Father as Lord of their lives, they will declare themselves to be children of another father— they will declare allegiance to Father Satan. The Children of Darkness will then run amok on the Earth, and they will worship the Son of Satan.

Those who refused to acknowledge the deity of God’s Son will then acknowledge the supremacy of Satan. Having rejected the Christ of God, the inhabitants of Earth will choose to serve the Anti-Christ.

In this way, Satan will have an Unholy Partnership by which he seeks to make a bizarre and irrational imitation of the glory of the Triune God. The Adversary sees himself as a clever usurper, stealing for himself an authority that should have been given to God’s Son The Christ. He will produce only an insane mockery of the glory that will one day belong to God’s Son, Who will soon after return to Earth and assume His own rightful position as the King of Kings.

At that time God Almighty will again intervene in the affairs of Earth. At the Second Coming of Christ, we will see the Lord Jesus descending through the clouds and the atmosphere of our world, and He will be brilliantly lighted in an all-black sky as He makes His grand Return. He will arrive then to put an end to the travesty on Earth, ending the seven years of rule by the Anti-Christ, and as He reaches the Earth He will again set His foot in Jerusalem. The abominations which Satan has perpetrated upon the Earth will then finally come to an end. All angels in this Universe will observe the Rightness of God’s Judgement, and the Righteous Angels will applaud the ultimate victory of the Armies of Light. The Prince of Darkness will then be imprisoned in Hell with all of his Dark Angels. At a later time, Satan will be forced by our Almighty God to go into the Lake of Fire, which will torture him for all of eternity.

From all this, we may see that Frank Herbert was right in some of his concerns. But he also thought that some kind of direct-vote democracy (what he called a “national jury democracy”), with constant use of a computerized-voting apparatus, might be a good solution to the problem of evil governments in our world. He thought that our countrymen should be somehow persuaded to switch to his vision of a “national jury democracy”— a system that would give the population a direct-veto power over every governmental decision that would be made. Frank Herbert believed that in this way the U. S. could remove most of the entrenched bureaucrats, eliminate corruption, and end the lies of government officials. Endnote

In this idea he was entirely incorrect. The founding fathers of the United States were rightly concerned about the dangers of mob rule, and so they sought to put a system of checks and balances into their plan for government. Wisdom should prevail in a human government, and any implementation of a direct-vote democracy, with instantaneous decisions determined on a daily basis, would not allow reason to prevail.

Morality being essential to good government, it is essential to create an environment where sanity and reason can prevail over the momentary whims of an ignorant public. The wisdom of scholars should be given due weight and lengthy consideration... and it should not be quickly bypassed in an appeal to the momentary urge of popular opinion.

Decisions of good sense regarding critical matters of government policy should not be determined only by popular opinion or the current fashion, because the government is usually dealing with issues of morality. To assume that the majority will always come to a righteous decision is to participate in a great fallacy of logic. For example, you may ask yourself: Were the Nazis justified in their desire to exterminate the Jews of Germany, simply because the Nazis were a majority and the Jews were a minority?

This is a foolishness of the most extreme kind, but it is not really an endorsement of “total democracy.” Rather, it reflects the rebellious nature of humankind, a stiff-necked people who do not wish to show respect to any authority— no matter what its shape or form.

They show a similar disregard for the Authority of the Lord God Almighty, but eventually they will come to rue their ways, when the great and terrible Day of Judgment descends upon them.

Mob rule has been seen on our planet in previous centuries. It reigned supreme during the incredibly bloody and merciless French Revolution. Mob rule, I think, was the basic system of government in Sodom and in Gomorrah... two cities that were once full of violence, sexual perversion, immorality, and corruption. It will doubtless be revealed soon as the prevailing “governmental system” in many parts of our world— right before the rise of the Anti-Christ.

But it will not be the governmental system of the Anti-Christ, that Demonic Dictator who will rule the Earth with an iron fist. The Man of Evil will make Hitler, Stalin, Ceaucescu, and Saddam Hussein* Footnote seem like mere amateurs by comparison.

How strange that the people of Earth will choose this Evil One as their leader. Though he is himself a product of rebellion, the Son of Satan will allow no one to rebel against his own authority. He will insure this with tortures and swift executions for all those who seek to resist his will.

God Almighty has declared in His Holy Scripture that rebellion to the Lord is as the sin of witchcraft. Yet God Almighty has tolerated human rebellion for many millennia, in order that humanity might develop with an experience of free will.

Satan, however, will brook no opposition to his control, and neither will the Son of Satan allow any human to resist his dictatorial privilege. Then all must bow to the Prince of Darkness and to the Son of Satan, that Anti-Christ dictator whom he will place in power over the Earth... else they face a swift execution.

There will not be a computer-assisted variety of direct-vote democracy under the Anti-Christ, nor will there be seen any other kind of democracy.

Yes, entire societies can indeed be led to ruination by an unGodly “hero,” and the misguided peoples of our Earth will eventually worship the Anti-Christ. This will bring upon the Earth a catastrophe far more horrific than anything ever conceived for one of those ancient Greek tragedies.

Hubris is a sin which God Almighty find greatly offensive, and Frank Herbert was right to fear it. He should have feared that sin even more than he did. Unholy Pride was the sin of Lucifer, and it was the sin of Sodom and Gomorrah. It will also be the great sin of the Anti-Christ, whom the Bible also calls “the Man of Sin.”

Pride indeed goes before a great fall, whether it be the Fall of Man... or the Fall of the Anti-Christ.

But a respectful reverence for our Creator is the beginning of wisdom. It’s a lot smarter to confront the reality of the Heavenly Father while you are still alive on the Earth... with trepidation, with repentance, and with a genuine sense of humility.

Later in the biography he has created about his famous father, Brian Herbert also writes a paragraph about his father’s desire to teach others:

We discussed the America book we were going to do. He spoke passionately about the blunders of existing governmental systems. Whenever he started talking about politics, he had a lot to say. Millions of readers knew this from the Dune sequels in particular, where the characters spoke at length about power and politics, didactically at times. Frank Herbert was, after all, a teacher. Endnote

Frank should have been more concerned about the blunders that he himself might be making in his role as a teacher of American society, and of all the wide world beyond.

His Dune novels were also vehicles for the teaching aspirations of Frank Herbert. For these he conceived many teacher characters that could present to the world his own ideas and beliefs— ideas that were derived from his affinity with Zen Buddhism, from his passion for ecological preservation, from his fear of hero worship, and from his concern about a hubris that might lead humanity to a societal or racial disaster.

But you will recall that God Almighty has declared in God’s Holy Scriptures that not many of us Earthlings should be teachers, because those who are teachers will be judged more strictly by our Lord than others who are not.

You should now see how the fans of Frank Herbert’s books have created of his “new mythology” an apocalyptic vision to which they desperately cling. They have become a cult of that very sort which Frank himself had disliked and disapproved, and they have made Frank Herbert the focus of their hero worship.

I remember that, in earlier years, long gone by, I often declared my admiration for the wonderful photography and directing that I had seen in various films made by Franco Zefferelli. I often expressed to others a personal appreciation for the cinematic works of this Italian director. Zefferelli produced a little mini-series for television that he called Jesus Of Nazareth, and it was about six hours long. It was one of the first programs of that sort, the first of such length to deal with the life of God’s Son during His days upon Earth.

Ironically, when Franco Zefferelli directed his six-hour mini-series about the life of Jesus, some of the TV executives and critics were concerned that it might turn out to be too long for public consumption. But when the TV executives started to produce a series based on Frank Herbert’s “Dune messiah” character, they thought it no problem to transform his story into two series of six hours each, not merely one. They knew that the Altered Reality of the science-fiction dreamers had gained a worldwide popularity, so they were happy to promote the unreality of Dune.

John Lennon once boasted that the Beatles were “more popular than Jesus.” Christians in America made a few small protests in response to his show of egotism. The Christian folk in a more conservative America thought John Lennon guilty of blasphemy for this remark that he had made... while not even realizing that the whole of Britain had descended far into unbelief. It was a statement of arrogance which horrified some of God’s mature followers in the U.S.— especially since they saw their own children acting far more interested in seeing a Beatles concert than they were in any of the organized activities at their local church.

These trends became megatrends, and music concerts have continued to serve as escapades in hedonism for many young persons in our native land. And it is like this in other countries also, all around the world. Today, the evidence of decadent transformation is everywhere, in the television programming of America and in all the cities of my native country.

The result is that hedonism prevails, fantasy prevails, and unreality is praised— while the Absolute Truth of our God is publically mocked, time after time, on nationwide TV programs.

But the end of such mockery will soon arrive, much to the consternation of all those who have mocked the power of God Almighty.

Let the scoffers take heed, for God is Truth, and God speaks only Wisdom. God Himself has, in His Holy Scripture, already told you the Truth that is, truly, just what need to hear.

For the Evolutionists and Humanists of our Earth, I have this message, which I suspect has come to me by a modest kind of “divine inspiration”:

Fear not the open grave that lies before you, that hole which continues to await the entry of your corpse. Fear rather the eternity that lies beyond that grave, since it is an Open Passageway to the world that is waiting for you on the other side of our Earth. If you are saved, then it is a great reward which awaits your arrival at the gates of Heaven. If you are unsaved, then it is the great punishment that awaits all those who have disregarded the sacrifice of God’s Son.

For the genuine followers of Jesus Christ, there is also the brief warning that appears below:

Fear not the wrath of False Teachers and False Professors. Fear not even the Anti-Christ, who may someday threaten to remove your head from your shoulders. Fear rather that God Almighty who is the ultimate Authority over all the wide Universe.

Jesus Christ is the Door to Wisdom, and He is the Gateway to Enlightenment.

Jesus Christ is the Door to Peace and Happiness.

Jesus Christ is the Door to Heaven, just as God’s Adversary, Satan, is the Door to Hell.

Jesus Christ is the Fount of All Wisdom, and He is the manifestation of the Triune God, the Holy One, the Absolute Truth. Anyone who enters by this Door has found the Gateway to Ultimate Truth.

Our Father In Heaven is the God of Absolute Truth. God’s Son likewise is a Person Who is the Divine Incarnation of Absolute Truth. God’s Holy Spirit, in this same fashion, reveals for us the Holy God of Absolute Truth. In these Three Persons there is One God, and He is Truth, and He is Absolute.

Our God is the God of True Science, and our God is the God of Science-Truth. God is the Pillar of Fire that exists in the space-time continuum of our Universe. God is at the center of it all, and He is the Source of All Energy and All Life.

God is the Spirit Wind Who breathes Life into the atoms of our Universe, the sacred force behind all the stars seen in the night skies of the Earth.

God is the Sun of Heaven, and without God, nothing in this Universe can move, or breathe, or live. God is the One Who gives the Breath of Life, and without God, nothing that is alive can continue living for a single moment.

Jesus Christ is the Holy One Who will light the New Jerusalem... and He is the Sun of Heaven, the Holy One Who will illuminate the New Earth...

At this point I should like to drop to my knees in awe and humility, and I should surely say, “May Our Lord be exalted and forever praised, O Great King of the Universe!

“May the armies of Darkness be cast down and utterly vanquished; may they no longer hold power over the peoples of our Earth. May the deluded become wise at last, and may the masses be enlightened with a knowledge of Our Holy Lord.”

You are right to be greatly concerned now, as you consider the current and future happenings on this planet Earth.

As we have now demonstrated in several tracts devoted to this subject, the science-fiction writers of our Earth often use their fantasy worlds to produce various Teacher characters, who invariably fill the minds of their audience with nonsensical and unrealistic teachings. Their teachings are repetitiously unscriptural, without conscience, and without any characteristics of Christian morality.

Since they do not believe in our God, these s-f dreamers always choose to elevate instead their own foolish speaking, which comes only from the vanity of their imaginations. Such people are useless dreamers and deceivers, who choose to place their own vain imaginings above the Science-Truth of God’s Universe.

These writers exalt their own foolish words, and they ignore completely God’s own words of wisdom, which He has revealed to our Earth through His Holy Scriptures.

But that’s enough for now about the fantastic world-view of the unbelievers — the humanists and the evolutionists who live daily in an unrealistic world of their own imagination. These dreamers live totally in a world of Illusion and Delusions. The gods and goals that they conceive for the Universe are merely figments of their own idle minds. They live in a world of darkness and dreams that is devoid of the Light of Jesus Christ. Their world is unreal, a product of their own overactive imaginations... not at all consistent with the Real Universe which God Almighty has created.

Before you continue onward to the next booklet in this series, we wish to explain for you the basic Truth of Reality... the Absolute Truth of God Almighty. We need to tell you that Jesus Christ is the Truth and the Light of the World— that’s why He is called the Word of God.

There are some who will never not spend Eternity in the Holy Presence of Jesus and His Father, and thus they will lose forever the Light of the World...

This will be their source of everlasting regret and everlasting torment. All their yesterdays have only taken these rebels to a place of self-torture and endless remorse, where they will burn forever in the black flames of the Outer Darkness.

The wise man can see the Face of God The Father in the sinless nature of His Son, Jesus Christ. God The Son reflects the Holiness of God The Father.

You’ve heard the evolutionary explanation of Universal development for a great many years, with all of its elaborate details... ever since you were a child. You’ve surely encountered its advocates in every arena of the academic world and in every arena of everyday life. Its proponents are everywhere, and they have already proselytized much of the Earth. You are doubtless thoroughly accustomed to that way of thinking.

But what is the Biblical scheme of Earth's history and direction...? It’s the alternative explanation that God has given us in His Holy Scriptures.

A lot of people on our planet, even some Christian theologians, have tried to make the Bible compatible with their own evolutionary beliefs. But can that really be done? Such people reduce Biblical history to insignificance beside the enormity of their faith in the grand Theory of Evolution.

The Bible paints a very different picture concerning the history and future destiny of the Earth, and it is quite at odds with the beliefs of those who have faith in Evolution.

In the Holy Bible, God offers you a different and superior view of Earth’s development and its future fate. From the Holy Scriptures of the Bible we learn that Jesus Christ makes known to us the great secrets of the Universe— secrets not revealed on Earth from the time of Creation until the time of His arrival on our planet.

Here’s the Truth about the Universe, its progress, and God’s ultimate goal for the human race... the establishment of a paradise that God plans for the people of the Earth...

What is the Biblical scheme of Earth’s history and direction?

It’s a long-range plan by which God will transform and re-populate the planet Earth...

It's a vision of vast scope and mind-boggling predictions...

God's developmental plan for our Universe is an astounding program of transformations ...!

Here are 20 stages of ascent that should lead you to a genuine comprehension of your purpose and destiny in the Universe. These will help you to reach a higher level of consciousness, a lofty place where you will better understand of the history of the Earth and God’s goal for humanity...

  1. A theme of WARFARE runs through the many books of the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation. We see evidence of angelic warfare, of historic military warfare between God's chosen people and the ungodly nations.

There are predictions of further warfare between the elect of Christ and the anti- Christian forces, and of a final great battle of Armageddon.

SPIRITUAL WARFARE devastates this planet until Christ's Kingdom comes !

  2. A theme of APOCALYPTIC DESTRUCTION and RE-CREATION runs through the books of the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation. We see this in the Genesis record of Noah and the Great Flood, and in the predictions of the Old Testament prophets.

Jesus himself speaks of this in great detail as he is quoted in Mat. 24, Luke 17:24-37, and other places in the gospels. There are many such references in the epistles, and the final book, John's Revelation of Jesus Christ, is devoted almost exclusively to this subject.

  3. A theme of the SURVIVAL OF A REMNANT who are loyal to God runs through the many books of the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation.

  4. Rather than the Darwinian concept of "natural selection" and "survival of the fittest" (meaning the strongest) in a scheme of evolution, God's system of development is quite different!

God's plan is that there will be "DIVINE ELECTION" of all those who have chosen to accept His system of grace and mercy through Jesus Christ, and His plan calls for a "SURVIVAL OF THE LOYAL" instead.

  5. In this scheme which God Himself has formulated, it is not the STRONGEST who survive, but rather the SUBMISSIVE!

(In this regard, it is certainly true that God can make the weak person become strong. But a person who is too strong and egotistical God may choose to crush, in order that he— or she— will be humbled and will become submissive to the will of God!)

  6. God is continuously harvesting the Earth as His ever-progressing plan of DIVINE SELECTION goes forward, through a wise and millennia-long program of evaluation— through interminable testing of people and a very lengthy developmental process of SELECTING and REJECTING.

  7. Thus, a theme of DIVINE SELECTION through a LONG-RANGE, millennia-spanning DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM becomes evident.

  8. This calls for a MAJOR SHIFT IN THE WORLD-VIEW that is held by any individual.

It truly requires a COPERNICAN REVOLUTION IN THE MIND-SET of a human being.

  9. You must comprehend with an entirely new way of looking at the Universe— for to be among the redeemed, to be among the survivors who are granted eternal life with God, you must place JESUS CHRIST AT THE CENTER OF YOUR UNIVERSE, in the very place where once YOUR OWN EGO had ruled supreme!

You need to put the Sun of Heaven inside your heart! Once He is there, He will illuminate your mind and all areas of the Universe with the bright Light of His Presence. His Light will be radiant in your face, in your life, and your actions. Just as Moses’ face was radiant after he was in the presence of God, the follower of Jesus reflects the brilliant Light of the Lord Christ! His Holy Spirit will be inside you forevermore, making you aware of His Lordship and His Truth... giving you eternal access to His Divine Wisdom.

  10. To be among the rescued, you must be a part of the Chosen Remnant of humanity that God will save from the Old Earth. A person must first become a believer of God, one who believes all God's words (His open communication to the human race), as revealed through Holy Scriptures and through God's only true Son, Jesus Christ.

God will show us mercy and forgiveness of our sins only when we come to Him through the sacrificial death of His one true Son, Jesus. God has made provision for grace (leniency and forgiveness), but He offers it to us only via the substituted sacrifice of the Savior, Jesus Christ.

  11. Jesus has willingly agreed, already, to receive all your preordained punishment, in order that you may be spared from the Judgment fate— a destination in Hell. That punishment is what a person's sinfulness will otherwise deserve. . . and it will be found inescapable. . . at the great Judgment Day of God, when God will ultimately evaluate and judge the deeds of all souls.

  12. Any soul can be spared on the basis of God's own painful sacrifice, by a belief in the salvation God offers through His chosen Messiah, His only-begotten Son Jesus Christ.

Those souls that are spared will be the ones that have opened the door of the heart and have allowed Jesus Christ to come inside. Through His Holy Spirit, He can take up residence inside you as the New Center of the Universe. . . as a brilliant light at the center of the spiritual "solar system." After that, everything in the Universe will revolve around God in an orderly and logical fashion. The progress of the Universe, and of God’s Plan for it, will from that time forward seem logical and orderly to your mind.

  13. Are you still living as the only focal point of an Earth-centered universe? It’s time for you to stop making this Earth the center of it all!

Could a Christ-in Revolution change your mind-set. . . and establish instead the reality of a God-centered Universe?

You can move away from humanism if you so desire, move on to a higher level where you worship the True God, the Creator of our Universe. Do you really believe that Man is the center of all things... the measure of all things? God is the One Who will ultimately measure and evaluate the deeds of every human being!

You need to put the Sun of Heaven inside your heart. Jesus Christ is “the Sun of Righteousness,” and through His Holy Spirit, He can put some of His righteousness inside you. More importantly, God credits the follower of Jesus Christ with the Holiness and Righteousness of His Son. You need to place Him on the throne of your heart, declaring Him to be “the Sun King” of your life!

  14. The brilliant light of Jesus Christ can give you an "internal guidance system" for your heart. . . and this will provide orderly direction for the "planetary system" of your personal worldview.

When you put Jesus on a throne in your heart, He provides a warm "sun" for that great void in your internal universe, and it will then burn continuously to dispel all the darkness/ coldness that would exist there without His presence. After that, you will have a logical "solar system" for all the interactive elements of your life.

  15. Those souls who are not to be spared on this basis (those who have rejected God's words, His truth, His light, and His sacrifice) will suffer eternal separation from God. They will be cast instead into what Jesus calls “the Outer Darkness.” They will be forced to endure an eternal separation from God and God's final achievement— the recreated Paradise that will then be revealed as His ultimate objective.

This will be a NEW EARTH produced by God for all those persons whom He has rescued (or harvested) from the present world. God will populate it with those He has chosen through His millennia-long DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM of DIVINE SELECTION.

  16. This is God's final goal— His objective is to produce an entirely different world, a new and totally restructured world that will be vastly superior to this present world of distress and disorder, of countless evils and sin-produced chaos.

It is certain that the NEW EARTH will be immensely more pleasant than this present one, which will eventually be rejected and replaced!

  17. You gain an Eternal Life with God when you put the Sun of Heaven in your heart. You can do this by placing Jesus Christ, Who in the Trinity of God created our Universe, upon a throne at the center of your heart! He deserves that position and that kind of respect. He was first God The Son, but when born in human flesh He became the only sinless and righteous person who ever lived. Yet He sacrificed Himself on a cross for your sake, taking all guilt and sins upon Himself— for you and for me, for all people everywhere— so that whoever wishes for salvation might be rescued from the due punishment of sins.

  18. If you will do this, you will gain a new contentment and peace as you accept God's organizational plan for the Universe. . . because you'll be letting God be the Ruler of All Things in this world. . . and in your own life.

The Sun of Heaven will then reign in your life as the supreme Power that governs all things. The Bible calls Jesus Christ both “the Sun of Heaven” and “the Sun of Righteousness.” When you place Christ in your heart, He will lead you to a new life of righteousness. The Holy Spirit will start to rebuild you in the image of God, making you more like Jesus. You’ll become a brother (or sister) to Jesus Christ!

  19. All it really takes is a simple but sincere little prayer— one that you should make up in your own words. The prayer for deliverance and for God's leadership should come from your own heart!

Some important elements that you might include are:

   1) your desire to turn away from the wrongness or evil of your past life, and your remorse over the sins of your previous life,

   2) your desire for God's forgiveness and mercy through the act of sacrifice of His Only Begotten Son (Jesus Christ),

   3) your desire to know God's leadership in your life,

   4) your desire to learn more of God's truth through Bible study,

   5) your desire to find fellowship with genuine believers.

After accepting forgiveness through Jesus Christ, you must sincerely seek to turn away from evil, to the best of your ability; and you must further seek to gain knowledge of God's will through a diligent study of the Holy Scriptures of the Bible. Also, you must not neglect to maintain a fellowship and communication with God through the device of daily prayer.

  20. This Sunday, don’t just worship the sun, like the followers of Baal, the Roman polytheists, and the pagans. You shouldn’t worship nature like the pantheists and the animists. The supernatural does exist, because God’s Spirit is above and behind the natural world... and superior to it. So don’t worship the sun and the stars like the naturalistic science advocates, the humanists, the evolutionists, and many of our modern-day science-fiction fans!

Don’t go out to worship the sun and stars this Sunday. Instead, go out to a good Bible-believing church and worship the Holy One Who is the Sun of Heaven— Jesus Christ, Who is both the Son of God and God The Son. Jesus Christ is the Sun of Heaven, and He is the Light of the World!

When you accept Jesus into your heart, His Light will transform your own mind and heart. Your purpose and goals will be changed, because you’ll want other people to learn about the good news of Jesus Christ’s resurrection. You’ll want to share the light, and you’ll want to worship the Sun of Heaven in a house of God!

This Sunday, bless the Father in Heaven by honoring His Son, of Whom He is very proud.

Jesus said of the people of God that "The kingdom of heaven is like a net that God has cast into the sea, and it gathers of every kind: When it is full, it will be pulled up on the shore, where they will sit down to sort the catch, and they will collect the good fish in baskets, but the bad things will be thrown away. This is the way it will be at the end of the world: The angels shall come forth, and they will separate the unrighteous persons from among those justified by God. . ."

Excerpt from the book of Matthew, who was a constant

companion of Jesus and his devoted disciple [13:47-50].

Jesus spoke of the people of God as being like a seed that is growing secretly, saying, "As for the kingdom of God, it is as if a person should cast seed into the ground; and then he sleeps, and he rises up night and day to see that the seed is springing forth and always growing up, although he knows not exactly how. The Earth is bringing forth fruit from itself; first the blade, then the ears of corn, and after that the fullness of the ears of corn. And when all the fruit of the Earth has come forth, immediately God will use the sickle to reap the fields, because the harvest-time has come."

Excerpt from the book of Mark [4:26-29].

It's also important for all of us to remember this:

  1) WE SPEAK TO GOD by our prayers.

  2) GOD SPEAKS TO US by the words of Holy Scripture.

So we must try to read His words and His Book just as often as we possibly can!!

God wants to bless you for all your long efforts to understand this very confusing and difficult Universe in which we live so let Him reward your search with the grace of His forgiveness and enlightenment!
